This is a known issue we're actively working on, sorry guys.
I sometimes have a problem opening the questions as silent videos in the mobile app. The video will show as loading, but it won't open. I have noticed, though, that when I open the printable version of the questions and then go to the video, the video will open.
I have had the exact same experience. It is only a problem in Chrome for me. If I open up in Edge, the videos work just fine.
