Since you have Ultimate+, you have access to all of the PTs. There's no way to print by type, but you can search for questions in the Question Bank and then print based off of those from the PTs in the Syllabus:

Cambridge drilling packs organizes them by subject and difficulty. Powerscore also has a book of just RC passages by subject type (social science, hard science, etc). I don't think it is sorted by difficulty but usually certain subjects are harder for you than others so it could be worth the investment.
