Can someone post a link where I can get some info on these things beyond LSAT/GPA?
Agree with above posts, but you can also read around on different forums. I wouldn't recommend posting on Top Law Schools anymore, but you can definitely gain a lot of insight from old posts that are now practically archived (locked in place) on the forum.
Check above the law's law school rankings. It ranks schools by employment outcomes and other relevant outputs as opposed to inputs like gpa and average lsat score
However, while you definitely want to do your research both for Why X essays and in case your decison comes down to a close one between comparably ranked and priced schools, specialty rankings are not all that important.
Your education will be largely the same, especially in the core first year classes which determine what internships and consequently probably what jobs you will get no matter what school you go to. Employers know this so they largely ignore specialty ratings.

Law School Transparency is another one to maybe check out.

Law School Transparency will give you a great look into the inputs and outcomes of schools:

It's still numbers based, but it's beyond GPA and LSAT.

US News has some nice info beyond numbers for law schools. I think otherwise you have to sort of search for specifics.
