Is anybody else having technical difficulties with printing off materials from 7Sage right now? Normally it works fine for me, but right now the documents are printing out with reddish text. I’ve tried to troubleshoot by printing some documents off other sites, and it doesn’t seem to be an issue. Any suggestions @studentservice

    Thanks for the help everyone! Resetting the cache worked!

    Thanks for letting us know about it. Could you tell us which document are printing out reddish? Let us know so that we can check.

    We usually recommend clearing cache when something like this happens:

    I just printed out PT 40, situation normal. I would say that problem is a toner/ink issue but you seem to have ruled that out... might be a browser thing... maybe.
