Is PT 37 a fairly easy test overall? I scored a 165, even though usually I score in the 150s. I want to know if I’m on the right track, or just got lucky on this test. Thanks! Let me know what you guys think

Look at the curve (questions wrong to get a 170). If it's like 8 or 9, it's abnormally easy. Otherwise, I find PTs in the 30s to be much easier than the newer PTs. Have you only been using PTs in the 30s?
If you want to determine whether or not the whole test is generally harder/easier than others you might want to take a look at the curve.
If you go to the trends tab in analytics, filter by “PT 37” and then scroll down until you see a box that has four sections in it. Each one will show dots that correspond to the difficulty of the test/section.
