for those tutors out there, i know this differs on an individual level, but in general - how does tutoring work?
can someone describe like how a "cycle" with a tutor works?
is it that you do a test, you record it, you send your footage to your tutor, your tutor critiques and comments it, you blind review tough questions outloud with your tutor, your tutor identifies weaknesses and gives you specific problems to do?
is that the gist of what a tutor does? any insight on how tutoring works would be greatly appreciated!
