I prefer a hard copy of the Preptests, but I did not want to print them. I ended up purchasing preptest sets on amazon. It would be like $13-$20 for like 10 Preptests. This was definitely cheaper than printing them.
Nothing is mailed. Everything is available as an online page and/or printable PDF.
Problem sets, exams and other drills are printable. In my experience, most materials are printable. Is there something specific you're looking to print?
