I am currently living in Utah, but would like to take a test in California for timing purposes. I have a Utah drivers License. Does anyone know if you can take an LSAT out of state?

I don't live in the US and sat for the July there while traveling! So should be no issue for you.
Yep. Had a fellow test taker from Texas one session come and take it in my state. I'm really not near Texas.
I think people have before with no problem.
I've taken an LSAT out of state (as in out of the state from which I got my driver's license) and there was no problem
