Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with taking the problem sets. It looks like you have figured out the issue. Try updating your iPad to the newest version of iOS.
After I click on a problem set, it takes me to the page where it says "create a problem set, show existing problem sets, take a problem set". I tried to force refresh the page but nothing happens.
When I go back to my laptop to take the same problem set, it says "you have opened these questions somewhere else".
I haven't had issues taking problem sets on my iPad. What happens for you when you try to?
