Are you able to hear videos from other sources like other websites or local media stored from your device?
You can also try changing your video player settings for maximum compatibility. You can do so with these steps:
Go to your Settings
Under Video Player, select Simple
Then tap on "Save Changes" as shown below.
Please let me know if that helped.
It happened to me sometimes. I just cleared cashe on browser and restart it. When that didn't work, i would use a different browser (Safari--->Google Chrome)
? do you mean you cant hear J.Y.s voice? Like when you play the video in the core CC no sound comes out?
Very weird, i havent seen anyone else have a problem with the videos
