Say you get through all but 5 questions in a section with a minute to spare. Is it advised to quickly guess the last few answers? Would this increase the probability of a better score, or does this hurt your score?

Yep. Guess them all and, if you have any time left, see if you can reason through one of them.
The LSAT is not scored using the same method as the SAT or ACT. You are never punished for guessing. When I notice I am low on time with unanswered question, I fill them in and then try to work on as many as I can before time is up.
It doesnt punish you. I say guess away because the best case scenario is you're a lucky person. One of my best friends guessed 1/4 of the ACT and got them all correct and ended up with a 35/36 on the test. Guessing on the LSAT can only help because if you're a lucky person you just went up a couple points if your unlucky it stays the same.
