This may be a silly question but when I star a specific question from a prep test or star a page from a lesson, do they all go to one place on my account? how do I go back and find everything I've starred?

The way to see a starred questions is to go to the syllabus and type "starred" into the instant filter section. Here is the page for easier access-If you have any lessons starred, it will only show those.

Clicking on the PT will show a drop down menu of all the questions you starred

Not that i'm aware of, you'd have to scroll through the cc and see what you've starred.
