When trying to take a test, I am asked to link my account to LSAC - it states that I should have received an email from LSAC as well, which I didn’t. I clicked on “activate” but it’s just running in the background without a resolution. It eventually kicks me out. Can you advise what I need to do? Frustrated I cannot take a test. Thanks

My safari works after following this instruction: https://lsac.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046003674-Why-am-I-having-issues-with-Safari-on-Mac-iOS-or-iPadOS
But I'm still having trouble with accessing Lawhub using Google Chrome (which I will be using to take the Flex)...anyone have any suggestions?

I am having this same problem. I tried accessing the LawHub website from the link they sent in the email and though the LSAC.org. For both of those, once I login the page is blank and keeps cycling over and over until I close out of it. I tried the suggestions that Juliet posted above but those didn't work either. Is there any way that my 7Sage account can be unlocked for now without linking it to the LSAC page? I contacted their technical support and they have yet to respond to me.
Hi there,
Sorry for the trouble. I looked into your account and I noticed that you were successfully able to link your LSAC Prep Plus account to your 7Sage account.
However, if you are still having trouble, please let us know.

Thank you. It worked for me.
I have another question: I have the Ultimate membership, but the library at LSAC is uploaded with tests 19-88. , test C and June 2007. Why is test 89, test A and test B included?
Thank you.
Hi there,
Sorry, I am not certain about which PrepTests are included in the library on LSAC's site. With your Ultimate+ subscription, you can access every PrepTest ever released by LSAC (95+) on 7Sage's site: https://classic.7sage.com/preptests/.
Thank you. It worked for me.

Hi there,
If you do not have an LSAC account, after you click the link, register for a new LSAC account.

Sorry for the trouble! We are currently investigating the issue with LSAC. In the meantime, please click on the link on 7Sage's site or through the email from LSAC to link your LSAC Prep Plus account to your 7Sage account.
LSAC also recommends that you try the following:
Turn off “Prevent Cross-site traffic.” How to turn it off: https://lsac.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046003674-Why-am-I-having-issues-with-Safari-on-Mac-iOS-or-iPadOS
Use another browser such as Chrome. Get Chrome for Mac (https://www.google.com/chrome/) or iOS (https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/google-chrome/id535886823)
If on Mac, update your OS to at least MacOS 10.15.4. How to check: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201260
Let us know if this helps!
