Every time I've called in the last 7 months I've had a 45+ minute wait. I'd imagine they don't have a ton of people answering the phones so plan ahead if possible. Their phones might be down this morning so I'd try emailing LSACinfo@cim102.org
Same for me I was on hold for +30 minutes
It took 40 min for me to be connected lol
It's also happening to me, I'm assuming it's because of an influx of calls. I'm going ot keep trying throughout the day! Good luck to us all
