Unfortunately, we haven’t gotten around to making the LR explanation videos for PrepTest Feb. 1997 and PrepTests 1-16.
We do not have Logical Reasoning explanation videos for PrepTests 1-16, but we have explanation videos available for the following:
Logical Reasoning: PrepTests 17 – 89 and PrepTest May 2020
Logic Games: every PrepTest ever published
Reading Comprehension: PrepTests 1-89 and PrepTest May 2020

I asked that same question and didn't receive a conclusive response. Those videos just aren't available and I'd be very surprised if they will be anytime soon so if you are confused about anything in those older prep tests, you'd better ask as many as you can on this forum and hope for a decent response. I'd be happy to try to help you out so post to your heart's content.
