I'm kinda disappointed. I think it's just piecemeal of some old PTs/ I may have taken some of these questions in the 2021 June flex. I feel like I had seen every one of those sections before except for one of the LR sections on it.
It added a layer of mindfuck though because I wasn't sure where I had seen the questions before so I guess that was good for simulating the day of psychological warfare?
I haven't checked my answers yet so I don't know how I did, but I'm pretty sure it's majority old content.

So if you've taken M2020 already, don't take PT 90+
Update: I just realized that PT 90+ is the M2020 PT with an extra section -_-
