I'm assuming it will be on the tablet (Surface Go) devices that they also provided for test-takers as an accommodation. They must have a lot of these devices back from the original rollout in 2019.
I wish it were pencil and paper, its just easier for me to annotate a RC passage
Paper pencil is via accommodations only. That is if you’re approved and you request this format.
I think it's on their computers in whatever prometric facility. Only way, as far as I'm aware, that you can get a paper+pencil exam is via accommodations
