If you narrow the options down to two choices, does the score given mean you should get AT LEAST NEAR or ABOVE it?
What else could a "50% chance of getting this right" mean?

Good question! The âscore of students with a 50% chance of getting this rightâ doesnât mean what you personally should score to get it right â itâs describing the difficulty level of the question statistically.
For example, in the screenshot below: it means that students who score around 152 overall on the Preptest have about a 50% probability of answering this specific question correctly.
If your practice test average is below 152, odds are this question will be relatively hard for you.
If youâre above 152, odds are youâll find it easier and get it right more often than not.
In conclusion, itâs simply a data point showing where this question sits on the difficulty curve relative to test-takersâ overall ability levels.
