If you start a drill without setting any filters, the questions are pulled randomly from your available drill pool—it doesn’t automatically target your weaknesses.
To focus on specific areas, you’ll need to customize the drill by filtering for question type, difficulty, or status. You can also use Drill by Tag to target specific concepts.

@AgnesAlojado This should be changed to automatically target weak areas.
@colinerickson if you link your PT to your account and put in your target score, it tells you your weaknesses and your current accuracy vs what your accuracy should be for your target goal. The system will then suggest drills based on the question type.
