Self-study
I created a study plan with 7Sage's plan creator. It looks like I will be working on learning the foundation, LR, and RC for the next 9 weeks and then will have 12 weeks of practice. It gives some problems here and there within the plan but not a lot to where I'm actually drilling. Should I be doing weekly PTs during the 9 weeks of theory? Should I be doing other drilling as well? I think the PTs and drilling are in the "practice" section of this course but I didn't know if I should just start them now.

I suppose it depends on when the LSAT date is... But since you will have 12 weeks of only practice I would hold off on doing PTs until you have the grasp on the basics. Because doing questions, while helpful, only works if you can explain why you got each question wrong. At least that's my two cents and that's what helped me out, but you do you!
I'd hold off on full PTs until after a week or two of RC. But if you want to do 1 LR section every week or every other week while going through Foundations and LR, that's OK (as long as you have enough time to thoroughly review those sections).
