I found this update to be very frustrating. Was there any A/B testing? Was there considerations to make a soft launch (e.g. an option to opt out)?

Why are you asking after the fact? This section of your platform is one of the most critical sections for us to improve our understanding of the exam. This appears careless/thoughtless, especially for the amount we pay monthly.

I am now also receiving Internal Server Error's when selecting different drills. Please consider that some of us have limited time/resources and put our trust in your product/platform.

From A Concerned Stressed Test Taker, thank you.

Please change it back to the old format! It was a much more convenient interface, especially for people like myself who like to do a mix of timed and untimed drills.

Yes I need to be able to adjust settings before I start because I have accommodations so I need to adjust the timing. The new update is extremely inconvenient. Please change it back as soon as possible.

@Jessievitarelli The study plan is literally unusable for me right now because of the timing issue.

@Jessievitarelli @Glocke you can set your timing accommodations in the preferences menu. It will adjust the timing for your study scheduler drills. Go here: https://7sage.com/users/settings/preferences

@David_Busis Hi, while this is good, I might want to just do 1 drill with a slightly more flexible time limit to build up to a faster paced drill on the next one or something down the line, but changing the preference each time feels a little less user-friendly.

Change it back please. I need to adjust drill time based on different question tag. This change doesn't really make sense!

Please change it back!! I was wondering why everything was auto-starting 😭

Change it back! Sometimes I want to switch to unlimited time so I can slow down and regain focus. Or just switch it up.

Please change it back. I cannot address how horribly this change has impeded my progress and efficiency. It's stressful and the new change has a bug in it anyway where the automatic timer is a different number every drill!

Change it back please!!! The option to adjust the time is so helpful, especially if we would like unlimited time in the drill.

I prefer the old format. With drills that are tailored to my priorities, it is helpful to see what those priorities are before taking the drill. I realize they can be found under the Analytics page, but I sometimes like to change them if I feel like I need additional practice on specific question types that are not considered to be a priority.

Edit: Also, I sometimes prefer to switch between showing the answer at the end vs. after each question.

Seriously when are you planning to bring it back? I am really suffering with the new format, it disturbed my study plan. Please bring it back ASAP. There's no even A/B test, or even a survey for this update, I just don't understand how this happend. Feel like this is not a user-friendly product anymore.

    Drills should not auto start.

I agree with the majority here—the ability to customize drills before launching into the questions is an extremely helpful feature. People who are just starting out on drills or have testing accommodations need to be able to adjust the time to their needs. It’s useful to have the ability to pick specific question types so you can hone in on your weaknesses and drill what’s challenging for you. It’s also helpful to adjust the number of questions and difficulty level—so you can fully customize the type of drill you’re taking. Personally, I always customize a drill in at least one way. I haven’t ever jumped into a drill with the default settings. Please change this setting back to allow for the customization of drills.

I think having the ability to customize was a good feature and it should be reinstated. I appreciated being able to adjust whether it was a timed or untimed drill. I try to alternate days of doing drills under time pressure and doing drills that are more to improve analysis. I also sometimes prefer to do more/less than the predetermined amount of questions.
