I have dealt with this in the past. Something that helps me decide is keeping in mind that the answer choice most likely will have to be very powerful or have powerful language to really weaken/strengthen (loophole rec), and another thing that helps me when I am between two ACs is making sure I am really understanding the conclusion and the link between the conclusion and the support that it's being given. I think that can be helpful in prioritizing an answer choice!

Should people who work/took a gap year before applying to law school explain that or touch on that on the personal statement? Or is it enough to have it on the resume?

I love the way this curriculum is structured, it's pretty cool to see how two questions ago we had the same exact pattern in the ebola question as in this question. The responses are similar in the sense that they are irrelevant to the argument.
