I think it's a new update of LSAC (don't we all love more updates from LSAC!) and scheduling windows are set in accordance for when you registered for the exam.
Yes, LSAT allows you to schedule based on how early you registered for the exam now. First registered, first served.
If anyone was having an error during their window (like I was) I was able to call Prometric and schedule over the phone :) Good luck August folks!
