Both are flaw questions.
"overlooks the possibility" = Weaken
"takes for granted that" = Necessary assumption
@NoNamed92 Woo wow. I haven't broken down the answer selections like that yet - I don't think that I need to, but it seems like a solid thing to know.
Do you remember where you saw it broken down like that?
From my understanding, overlooks the possibility is ignoring another explanation or alternative for something while takes for granted is assuming something that isn't right.
Example: "He is overweight because he doesn't work out." The author overlooks the possibility that there are other reasons he is overweight, such a genetic condition.
Example: "Sheila is a Irish so she must be able to chug a Guinness beer." The author takes for granted that Irish people can chug Guinness beer.

They're two sides of the same coin. Think of one as heads and the other as tails. To take something for granted is to assume it is true. To overlook a possibility is to assume it is false.
