The interface has changed so much in the past few weeks, I'm not even surprised if they actually made this change 3 days before the August exam. Not sure if my LawHub is just glitching.

Also (as a general rant), the LawHub UI is so infuriating! They promised they'd be done rolling out changes in June and yet keep making new awful changes so so close to the test :(

If this is a real change, and not a glitch, we'll get this reflected in our tester, too, although probably not until next week.

Note that I suspect the real test day interface is likely to be full-screen by default, since they wouldn't have a sidebar and navigation menu, and the operating system interface / taskbar presumably wouldn't be visible. But we'll know more once we get reports from people who take the test over the next few days.

Yeah, I just noticed this. They seem to have changed this -today-. When I was working with my students this morning, the view in full screen button was there. When I came back to work with an evening student, it was gone. I was still logged in on my other computer, and the button was there. When I relogged, it disappeared. This kind of last minute change is baffling.

@ITTutoring Okay thank you I feel crazy! I took a Ptest this morning and it was there. Went to review it in the evening and it was gone. How can we complain about changes to the interface happening the night before the August testing window starts?

@RubyBlue I noticed this as well. I just checked the email I received this morning from LSAC regarding my upcoming test since I'm registered for this window and they said, "We recently updated the font, so we encourage test takers to visit LawHub in case you have any questions. Also, as with previous test administrations, full screen mode functionality is not available." So maybe full screen hasn't been available in the past few administrations but I just didn't notice when I took it in person in June because the computer screens are larger? And they just updated LawHub to match since the majority of test will now be in person? Just conjecture, and you're totally right that this is very frustrating so close to taking the test. I'm glad you posted about it, and I'd be interested to know if you learn anything more.

@CurtisBristol Thank you for sharing that about the June exam! Do you remember if the space that's currently taken up by the navigation menu at the top in LawHub was just filled with grey space on the actual exam? Or did they shift the passages and questions up as well to create a bigger overall screen? I just feel like when LawHub is not in full screen there's so little space that you can barely see all the ACs in the same frame.

@RubyBlue I can't specifically remember, but I know I didn't feel like there wasn't enough room. And I noticed immediately when they removed the full screen option on lawhub yesterday. So assuming they haven't changed any of the actual test interface or set-up, we should be good?
