Any tips to avoid imposter syndrome or self-sabotage before the Sept test? I've been consistently getting in the 160s on PTs but have so much fear/doubt that I won't perform well on test day. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks

Hi! I haven't written the LSAT yet, but I still think these tips could be helpful:
Health: Make sure you're sleeping, eating nutritious foods, staying hydrated, moving, and getting outside. Allow your brain the best conditions to be alert and ready on test day, and to perform well.
I'd stop studying pretty soon, and I wouldn't take another PT. If you happen to score below your goal, it'll destroy your confidence.
Remind yourself that taking the LSAT in the first place is an extremely admirable thing! You have studied long and hard, and you deserve to take this test.
Do not, under any circumstances, study the day before/morning of the test.
Don't go too crazy these next few days! The time for celebration is after the test. I'd even avoid going to restaurants to avoid getting sick.
Speaking of getting sick, stay very hygienic these upcoming days (and always)! You really don't want to write a test while sick, it sucks. If you work, consider wearing a mask, don't touch your face or hair, and wash your hands frequently.
Stress: Do anything you can to reduce external stress. Social life? Don't get into any altercations or confrontational situations this week. Work? Do some meditation after your shift to fully clock out, and see if you can get some days off before the test. Feeling off? Sleep!
You are going to do amazing, best of luck!
