Hello, I was scheduled to take my remote exam today at 1, and I had multiple issues before and during the exam.

There were two proctors that had to sign me in as one got disconnected and I had to do the sign in process twice which already delayed me 30+ minutes.

Once I signed into the actual exam, I noticed that the timer was missing, as well as my start-stop accommodations. I had no way to confirm if any of my other accommodations (like time accommodations) were in place. I've submitted a test day complaint but I'm so frustrated and uncertain of what to do now.

Did anyone else encounter this issue? I really want to test in-person in the future (or possibly request to take a paper and pen test) but because of the separate room accommodations I don't even know if this is possible.

When I tested remotely last year it was a terrible experience. There were multiple proctors and two of the proctors kept stopping my exam and threatening to cancel my score because I wasn't seated properly. Its inconvenient to drive to a test center but its probably best to just take the exam in person tbh.

I've never heard of your situation happening, but I've heard of people losing significant amounts of time when they were testing remotely because of a proctor.
