Hi there, I've been trying to take drills and preptests on 7Sage but I've been frequently noticing issues where the answer choices and highlighting and etc greys out sometimes or lags/freezes completely, and I have to refresh the page (and it sometimes leads me to an error).
I tried clearing my cookies and it seems to be working for now after I relogged in, but I noticed my timers got messed up as a result, and this has happened already a few times. Does anyone know what's causing this?
I find that the site sometimes fails to load and gives me a 504 error, and I'm concerned about what to do if this happens on the real test

Honestly I thought Jenkins was saying that research money WILL be wasted if we wait but if you look closely at the stimulus it says "it is important that research money not be wasted... if we wait... we RISK ..." which implies he believes it is likely a risk and not certain
so this question is really annoying but you have to be certain about certainty and the scope of their perspectives lol

welp I just ended up with a horror story lmao, the timer did not show up at all during my exam nor did my start stop accomodations
Hello, I was scheduled to take my remote exam today at 1, and I had multiple issues before and during the exam.
There were two proctors that had to sign me in as one got disconnected and I had to do the sign in process twice which already delayed me 30+ minutes.
Once I signed into the actual exam, I noticed that the timer was missing, as well as my start-stop accommodations. I had no way to confirm if any of my other accommodations (like time accommodations) were in place. I've submitted a test day complaint but I'm so frustrated and uncertain of what to do now.
Did anyone else encounter this issue? I really want to test in-person in the future (or possibly request to take a paper and pen test) but because of the separate room accommodations I don't even know if this is possible.
Hi, I'm having an error on lawhub where I genuinely cannot unmask an answer choice - is this normal? the first 3 choices are stuck like this and when I click it again, it is still crossed out, and just more whited out where I'm unable to select any of them as the answer choice. The other answer choices seem to uncheck just fine so I'm wondering if this is a glitch? I'm worried about this happening on test day... I'm very used to the 7Sage platform and haven't tried Lawhub to PT yet so this is a bit concerning.
@Kihla333 Hi there, did you have to do a lot prior to testing? Like setup wise? I’m also planning on using earplugs and tissues and have meds in case I need them and I don’t think they’ve banned these but I’m still a bit scared they’ll yell at me 😭
I’m also terrified of using start-stop in case my saved cross outs get deleted
I’m planning on also increasing the size of the screen by using a shift plus key or like by the settings at the start and I’m wondering if this will cause any issues. Please lmk if you had any experience with any of these! Thanks!!
@arjaydeocampo Thanks so much for sharing! Do you know if I would have to download any software or do anything prior to my laptop to testing? I know I had to download guardian and proctorU for the argumentative writing section, and I'm wondering if it's anything similar to that. I'm a bit worried because I did get interrupted once during my exam by a proctor telling me to shift my macbook to an uncomfortable angle (so that they could see me better) and it threw me off a bit.
I do have a very cleared out room currently (besides my bed) and two desks (With cabinets mainly used for storage of old items) and a closed closet, so hopefully that's fine with the proctors. I also ended up buying a phone stand because of the second camera thing and ordered a usb mouse that's silent so I could click faster (rather than using trackpad) and some foam ear plugs (as I noticed clearing out my room has made outside sound feel so much louder).

@bawstonlaw I think it happened anyway even though I tested on a different blank account but it ended up fine! I didn't really seem to have any issues beside like just getting the settings to connect/work at the beginning (it was a bit annoying cause I have a macbook). Thank you though!!
@bawstonlaw Hi there, thanks for your reply! I’m actually taking it remotely due to accommodations, which is why I was worried. I’m wondering if there’s a way to clear autofill without having to log out of all my google accounts 😅 I think I tried your suggested option and that’s why I got stuck
