What's up with the new question page? (I'm talking about the tab that pops up when you click the magnifying glass on a question you just did in a drill, section, or PT. The one that lets you toggle between video explanations, analytics, discussion, etc.)
Its extremely buggy and there are no longer easy-to-access explanations for each individual answer choice which was so useful if I didn't want to watch an entire video to understand why one specific AC was wrong.
I can see why including the way you interacted with the question might seem like a good idea but, at least for me, its just not working practically and its definitely not worth removing the convenience of the individual AC explanations you could find with the click of a button imo.
Any thoughts?

Thanks, I see what's going on. This looks like it needs to be fixed. Stay tuned!
I can see why people are frustrated with this change. I find individual answer choice explanations much more useful when I’m reviewing a question, because sometimes I only need to understand why one option is wrong rather than sit through an entire video. The new layout might have some potential, but if it takes more clicks and makes the review process clunkier, I don’t really see the benefit.
Thank you for posting. I was about to. I was freaking out all day hoping that it was a glitch and not a permanent change because it's so bad. Not being able to click the answer options for feedback is horrific.
@kbaugh fr i freaked out
I'm also experiencing the exact same issue across different devices, wifi networks, etc. The screenshots posted below from edzeppelin11 and nheiter match exactly what I'm seeing - and it's becoming much harder for me to review missed questions in an easy to access format.
I agree! I miss being able to pull up explanations for each specific answer, without having to wade through a whole video. I personally don't learn very well from pre-recorded videos, and instead prefer learning from reading at my own pace. This latest update seems to either be quite buggy, or doesn't support that feature anymore.
Those explanations should still be there:
Are you seeing something else? (Note that these written explanations aren't always there for the 2-digit PTs)
@Kevin_Lin I'm not the original poster, but I am experiencing a similar issue/potential bug(s). Here is a screenshot of what I see now when I click the magnifying glass on a specific question, after today's Refresh. I no longer have the ability to look at specific answer explanations (via the Light Bulb icon).
@Kevin_Lin I'm seeing the same issue as this user across multiple platforms (verified it on the iOS app on iPad and on Safari on my MacBook). The magnifying glass brings up a window like this...
...rather than how it used to look with the ability to show the analysis and see the individual AC explanations. It's much less user-friendly and was different just a couple days ago when I did this section and reviewed this question that I got wrong.
Sounding like maybe this is a bug if it's not supposed to look like this now (hopefully)?
@Kevin_Lin Hi Kevin! I am seeing something similar to what the other users who commented here have pictured. Additionally, I am also experiencing multiple bugs when I press the magnifying glass icon: sometimes it doesn't load, sometimes it loads onto a blank white page, etc. This all started in the morning today after I refreshed the website for the update.
This should be fixed as of this morning! Please let us know if you're still experiencing the issue. Thanks!
@J.Y.Ping I am still experiencing the same issue.
@J.Y.Ping I'm still experiencing the same issue as well.
@yam @Nev27 I'm sorry for the trouble!
The issue causing the page to become unresponsive after clicking the magnifying glass icon should now be resolved. If you're still experiencing this issue, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then refreshing the page to see if that helps.
However, our tech team is still investigating the matter with written explanations not appearing. We're actively working on a fix and will be sure to keep you updated as soon as it's fully resolved.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.
@IvonneRosario Can we have an ETA?
@Nev27 Tomorrow
@Nev27 Fixed!
@J.Y.Ping Thanks!
