For those who have taken the official test, how closely did your official score(s) align with your practice test score(s)? I've been doing pretty well on practice tests, but the imposter syndrome is real and it feels like there's no way I'll do this well on actual test day.
Hey guys! I have run out of material and have been redoing stuff over again, but I feel like I am falling into old thought patterns when I do these because I've seen them before. Ugh. But my sister is building me a tool that will change the names and topics in questions to generate what feels like new material for me (but ofc still all credit/copyright to LSAC for designing the questions). Would you be interested in something like this? Lmk!
I was just taking my first prep test and the first section ended while I still had about 12 minutes on the clock--only 23 minutes had passed according to my own timer. Now I have been locked out of the first section and forced on to the second. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
So I scored a 155 in the October LSAT and then took a break from any material as my Mid Terms and Finals were picking up so I focused on that, especially since I was graduating in December and wanted to make sure I didn't tank my final GPA (3.6).
Recently I received 2x extra time which I did not previously have and have successfully requested accommodations for the February LSAT.
My question is, should I apply now and send an addendum letting them know to expect a higher score after the Feb LSAT, or just hold off until that score comes in and apply with it then? I'm shooting specifically for U Miami (median 163) and FIU (median 160). I was actually just recently deferred from U Miami after an ED application for further context.
I plateaued in the low 160s and it has stared to become a mental frustration for me. Just when I feel like something clicks and I take a PT the same scores keep staring at me...
I have sat for the test twice now and have scored in my band, but below my usual, and below my band. I really want to try to apply for this cycle but I am started to get fed up...
Any suggests for how to look at all this a new way? RC is my weak spot but LR has not been doing too great lately (big surprise there I take it that most hate the section with a burning passion...)

Hi everyone, I could use some help figuring out how to best manage my resources!
So, I've gone through the 7Sage Fundamentals and Logic Reasoning sections. Currently, I'm going through the 7Sage reading section. On the side, I'm doing the PowerScore Logic Reasoning Bible so I don't forget any of the fundamentals from 7Sage. I've taken a diagnostic already a few months ago but haven't taken another one yet.
Can anyone help me figure out what are my next steps/how to maximize the practice tests? I want to be able to drill but not use any from tests that I'll ultimately use later for PTing. If it helps you help me, I'm looking to take the test sometime in late spring/summer next year.
Thanks in advance!!
Hey, is anyone else's 7sage being really slow and glitchy? Im trying to scroll through my PT and its just very slow in processing the scrolling and opening. I thought it was a wifi problem but i troubleshooted everything and its the same problem across all my devices. Any idea what to do?
I have been working on older skill sets/practice tests that my tutor downloaded for me. I now want to download the new ones that don't have the logic games. How do I do that?
We’re working on updating all of our explanation videos, but we want to hear from you! Is there a particular explanation you'd like us to tackle first? Let us know by filling out this short form:

I am a bit concerned that while going through the curriculum and associated drill sets I am seeing so many real LSAT PT questions. Won't this skew the accuracy of my PT experiences and scores when I take them if I have seen too many questions from the tests beforehand?
I am going through the entire curriculum between taking my diagnostic PT and my next PT and worry that when I start taking PTs again I will be familiar with too many questions for accurate test simulation. Is this addressed at all in the curriculum or methodology of 7Sage?
I'm having a problem with viewing all of the preptest that I've been taking on the 7Sage website. I was wondering if someone can help me with this problem?

Taking LSAT in January - really trying to break 170. I was pretty consistent in the upper 160s range, peaked at 169 for a couple tests, then decline decline decline. My most recent Prep Test was a 160 - worst I've gotten. I'm reviewing my wrong answers/reviewing content related to the types of questions I get wrong. I'm running Drills. I feel like I should be doing better but they keep getting worse. Any ideas?
Hey! I am studying full time for the next roughly 6 months looking for a study partner/group. Let me know if anyone is interested. I'm currently near GW campus so I'm happy to meet there or virtually. I plan on taking a PT once a week and using the week to review questions, but also open to suggestions. Thanks!
Hi everyone, first time poster here. 7sage helped me a lot during my LSAT journey from 159 June 2024 to 170 September 2024. I just received admission letter from Columbia Law School (ED). Feel free to ask me anything.
I struggle with knowing which PT's represent the actual difficulty that will be similar to that on test day. I took one practice test (early 100s) and got a crazy high score that did not feel representative of how I would do on test day as it felt noticeably easier. Can anyone tell me which PT's are closest to how hard the LSAT is in the current format?
Hey everyone,
I was looking to see if there were people interested in making a Houston in-person/virtual study group?
I'm taking the January LSAT, and am studying full time this month.
Let me know if interested and maybe we can make a group!
I'm having a hard time understanding my results after blind review. In terms of answer key and such. Is the first part of your answer column the first answer I picked? And is the second next to it what I changed in blind review? What is the color of the correct answer? Ugh I hope this makes sense. I guess is there like a key to use to decipher? Blue means incorrect, pink means right, but at what point did I get it right? How do I know if I changed a right answer to a wrong answer after blind review?
I'm taking the test remotely and wanted to practice on paper. Does anyone know if/how I can print PTs, and whether I can input my answers so it doesn't affect my analytics?
In the Practice > Drills option, there are options to pull your questions from the Core Curriculum set, the practice tests that 7Sage recommends for drilling, and the set 7Sage recommends for practice tests.
Do people generally complete all of the questions in the Core Curriculum set before moving on to drilling or practice tests? Or does it not really matter? I want to make sure I have a good balance of exposing myself to questions as I digest the Core Curriculum, while also having enough new questions to use in the future for drilling and clean practice tests.
Hi friends - I took the LSAT in November after a couple months of self study and am here to improve my score for the January test. I know most of the core curriculum so am stuck on where to start with the material. Any tips?
I took the November LSAT and scored a 156. This is pretty much on parr with what I was prep-testing and it was the highest score I had gotten on a prep-test, so I was mildly happy with it, until I saw the LSAT range for my top schools went up. I am having a hard time because although my GPA is a 3.68 and I have good recommendations, I still worry I wont get in. However, I entertained retaking the LSAT in January, but it would be after a long holiday break, and I work 2 jobs so the amount of studying I would get in before that time may not be worth waiting another month to apply. I need some advice on whether to use my current score and just hope for the best, making the rest of my applications stand out, or if I should retake in January and see what happens?
Hi, I am reading Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman and he's talked about "conjunction fallacies" and "base rate fallacies" which are reminding me of some lsat questions I've seen before in logical reasoning. Does 7sage cover these fallacies at all in any explanation videos? They're definitely trickier than standard source attack or equivocation fallacies, and they are hard to understand sometimes. It seems like you need to know Bayes theorem to fully understand some of these concepts and I don't have any background in statistical math or probability theory
