Hi guys, do you have any advice on the writing sample? Also, will the writing process also be recorded like the other sections?

honestly as an international student, i'm more bummed out by the fact that the Nov. test isn't international.
I'm still registered for it and I'm planning on just trying out my luck with it (perhaps using a VPN to login and turning it off before the exam begins?) But we shouldn't have to go through with this kind of uncertainty especially when the LSAT is now offered ONLINE...I mean, what's the point of separating Intl and domestic tests if they're all online anyway???
YES!!! I personally find it unfair
Thank you for your kind words. You're so sweet.

I just did the writing! I felt better doing it before the upcoming Oct test in order to get it out of the way. I read the prompt in a few minutes, made a couple notes and then had about 25 mins to write. I wrote about 300 words and felt like that was fine to get my point across.
It's recorded the whole time. I used my mac laptop..I know a few people were concerned about needing to do a room scan, etc. I just picked it up and showed above and under the desk and around the room.
You'll be great, nothing to stress about.
That's nice! Thank you!

guys, though I find other ACs not good, I have totally no idea how can we make the inference that, after TBT is gone, the population of imported oysters would increase (the AC C). What if TBT had totally eliminated all the imported oysters in this water? I thought C just made the argument more puzzling...
I guess even if they pulled from the past tests, they would not pull from the disclosed ones...probably from the non-disclosed ones. I'm not sure
Hi, what you mean by they are pulling experimental from the previous PTs? Do you mean they are going to have similar questions from the past?

I chose D for Q9 by POE. But for D, I thought the scientists had restrictive methods, but not restrictive outcomes. How can we know the outcomes are restrictive?

I rescheduled many times so I don't think there is an additional fee (assuming its at the same flex)
Great! Thanks

Did you sign up for October? I never received an email about even signing up to begin with.

I believe it's free but not completely sure. Also didn't receive an email but I just went on the proctoru website and it was open to sign up!
Hi, me neither. I asked this question just in case I would change the time slots.
Hi guys, do you know whether it's FREE to reschedule time slots on ProctorU?
Not to reschedule the whole test to another month, but to reschedule it within a day.

I chose E because E rules out an alternative explanation that it's not the S or K's reviews that help people know whether they will enjoy the movies or not, but the movies themselves. E helps the argument because it provides a controlled factor - the movies themselves. How do you think about this?

Hi! As far as I know, the recommenders don't receive any notification until you manually click the button to send the request.

As stated above, its dependent on you to request your letters from your recommenders. Once you've added their info on your LSAC account, go ahead and click the send button. I believe you have the option to request it via email or physical letter.
Thank you so much!! :)
Hi guys,
Do you know when LSAC will approach my recommenders after receiving their names and contact information? So far I have purchased the CAS but have no LSAT score, in this case, will LSAC contact my recommenders?
Thanks in advance!
Sorry for so many replies. I re-read the stimulus, and the author's implications focused more on the "unsuccessful" sub-set, so I think it makes more sense to say “an underground rock group is unsuccessful as an underground group if it is incompetent or if any of its music is too trendy to be authentically underground, or both.”
But I agree that "have no mark on success" cannot be directly translated as unsuccessful.""
Hi @caffeine powered human! I ruled out B for the same reason, but later I realized that this is a Pseudo SA question, the correct AC doesn't need to perfectly bridge the gap.
I think we can also say “an underground rock group is successful/unsuccessful as an underground group if it is incompetent or if any of its music is too trendy to be authentically underground, or both.”
Both "successful" and "unsuccessful" are the sub-sets of "no mark on success." But B is still correct. Very tricky question T ^ T
#help Hi, I have a really stupid question. I initially chose E because I thought it was "the biggest decreases in family income in HISTORY," maybe it happened in the 18th century. How did you know "the biggest decreases in family income" refer to the case between 1996 and 2004?

LSAC just sent out an email that the October test will be Flex
Thank you!!! Happy to hear that :)
Hi guys,
I know this is a boring and impossible-to-guess question, but I can't stop worrying about it 😂. Does anyone have any idea? I'll probably call a representative sometime this week
Thanks for all of your advice!!
Hi guys,
Is the negation of "many" "none" or just "not many"? I think the negation is "none" because "many" implies "more than 1" and how many it exactly implies depends on different contexts. Did any lesson cover this?
Thanks in advance!
ah...I didn't know bacteria was a kind of biomarkers, though my prediction - biomarkers entered petroleum after its formation - was correct. T ^ T
Congrats!! Look forward to learning about your journey! :)
You have wonderful and diverse stories for sure! Just out of curiosity, why not write them in your PS?
