For some reason I found this passage much easier than the first one......
This is how I interpreted Answer A:
Original: "Not Justified --> No testing"
Contrapositive: "Testing --> Justified".
If we want to negate this, we are going to negate the necessary condition which turns out to be "Testing --> Not justified".
The first sentence of the stimulus, "a significant amount of music on internet", indicates that the music did get published on the internet.
Comparative is the first passage
another error of A is that we don't know if the papercrete is a promising building material for small-scale construction. All we know is that those who regularly work with it primarily work on small-scale construction and they think the papercrete material is good for large-scale construction, so A is not descriptively accurate
E is wrong because "physical phenomena" is not being mentioned in the argument, therefore it is totally irrelevant.
