@ i had the same exam. My first LR out of 3 had 25Qs, and I am quite certain about this bc I automatically thought my next LR would have 26Qs as soon as I saw #25 in the first LR.

I think either the1st or 2nd LR was a dummy (ppl w/ 2 RCs said above that one of their LRs had the questions we had in our 3rd LR.)

@ Yeah LG was pretty standard. I was glad not to see some games like the infamous virus game haha

What do you think about the LRs? I think the 3rd one was easier than the other two and hope that was one of the real ones lol

I wrote the exam in South Korea. I had LR(25) RC LR(26) LR(25) LG. I don't know which LR was an experimental section. I am guessing today's exam was a reuse but have no idea which previous LSAT was reused. Below are what appeared in my exam:

RC:

Value theory (A. Locke's theory)

Columbia's silk production

Declaration of Rights/Declaration of Independence (comparative)

Bipedalism

LG:

Choosing 5 Witnesses out of 7

I know what type it is but don't remember the details.. maybe it was something about hanging paintings, quiltings, sculptures, etc.

3)Humanities/mathematics/science

Reports in 3 sections (Living, M,N)

LR: I only remember some materials from the third one:

geese's V-formation

Squirrels and rattlesnake's scent

A thesis about Aristotle's work? Every X about Aristotle is false

If anyone had only 2 LRs, please help me figure out what my exp LR was....!!!

Hi guys,

I'm looking for study partner(s), preferably someone who is

  • scoring PTs in the 165-175 range,
  • considering the Oct 2019 LSAT, and/or
  • can meet in or near Ilsan (ex. Hongdae~Sinchon area.)
  • I'm thinking maybe we could meet up once a week (starting Aug 31 or the first week of September), take a timed PT together using the 7sage proctor (using PTs in the 80s + PT C and C II), BR individually at home, and go over the PT together online or through Kakaotalk the day after.

    Message me if interested. Thanks(:

@ that's interesting! 2PTs a day sounds brutal, but I kinda see how that would help increasing the score. Besides using Powerscore's LR bible when I first started studying, doing PTs untimed/timed+BR has been my only strategy and I don't doubt that doing PTs intensively worked for me and increased my score from 159(diagnostic) to 177(the highest I got on PT.)

I'd love to try doing 2PTs/day if I had more time until the LSAT- maybe I will try your approach if I happen to decide to retake. Thank you for your thoughts and good luck on the LSAT! :)

@ Actually I didn't think 3PT/wk was a lot of work until I read a few threads on this forum lol.. I've dedicated my weekends for LSAT only, taking a PT and do BR on every Saturday and Sunday +one more PT on an extra weekday.

Like you said I might be experiencing burnout or it could be that I'm at the mid 160's plateau, so I am trying to get some rest and just review the fundamentals through CC. :)

Thank you for your advice and I too wish you the best of luck!

@, so do you think it's better for me to retake the PTs I took recently and save fresh PTs? I've been continuously reviewing the questions I've got wrong on a weekly basis, and I'm worried that I would do the questions relying on my memory if I retake the recent PTs. But I still will redo one of the 60's and see if there's any changes. Thank you for leaving me a comment! :)

    Studying for the October LSAT

    Hi everyone,

I'll be taking the Oct Lsat on the 14th, and until just now I've been PTing+BR 3 times a week. My PT scores for older PTs (50-69) were within 168-172, but as I started working on the 70's my average PT score declined to the mid 160's. I am worried about the test due to the decrease in my score, so I purchased 7Sage Starter course (I regret I didn't use it earlier) to go over the fundamentals. As of today I used all PTs except the 80's, preptest C, and C2. For the rest of the days until the LSAT, I'm planning to do some 7sage CC (focusing on LR) but also want to do 2 or 3 PTs before the test. Which PTs should I use? And also which of JY's videos among the CC were most helpful to you?

Thank you in advance guys :)
