my rational is that, the stimulus says
you cannot be ENTIRELY faithful to A and B
means you cannot be 100% faithful to A while 100% faithful to B
but it's not excluding situations where you are 1% faithful to A and 1% faithful to B
then E is definitely not getting to the point, the only answer left is D
A - wrong because it says MUST BE SAFE while the stimulus says probably
D - it messes up the whole structure
B and D are unlikely
Therefore, only E is correct
A is simply wrong for the sake of common sense, plus no influential people is mentioned here
B is wrong for that it misses 'doesn't violate anyone's basic human rights' part
Therefore, with C and D also being wrong, E is the only one that's correct
brothers and sisters, let's POE!
A - stimulus says SEVERAL NATIONS, and here is ANY NATIONS, so too strong for NA, nope
C - nope, too specific
D - what are you even talking about here
E - no obligation is mentioned
Then it will lead you to B, the only answer that survives
easy question
A - NEVER EXISTED IN THE WILD, doesn't mean it cannot be a pet in China or Japan
B - doesn't need to be a 'most'
C - nope, someone might be on a slow boat to Peru
D - nope, what if somebody just want to give out this little hairless puppy for love
So E is the answer
come on let's POE!
A - nope, this is not true even on the level of common sense
B- so fucking what?
C - the 'many' can see itself out
E - it's weakening....
A - nope, A hates plagiarism
B - just use your common sense and this cannot be true
C- nothing about predecessors mentioned in A, and even if there's a predecessor, A would say it's LESS strigent now
D - again, A HATES plagiarism
Therefore, E is correct, only through POE you can get this right jajajaja
A - the whole article is going against this statement
B - that means part of your brain fucking dies
D - not ALL TIMES
E - nope, not supported, anger is not even mentioned
Therefore, C is correct
love this type of question because you can just kill so many answers without even needing to go back to the article
honestly I don't understand why A is right
You can clearly kick out D and E
and then we are talking about moth and fire prevention
then C should be kicked out
and then I have no idea what B is talking about
therefore A is correct
The stimulus says
A is a type of B, then xxxxx
Just try to spot a similar structure among the options, none of them except C has that structure
Therefore, C is the only one that could be correct
I would like to point out that, the most popular trap answer, which is E, can be easily killed with your common sense
Remember, LSAT CANNOT contradict real world common sense, and how can material well-being not increasing one's approval of his/her character?
Therefore, once E is down, you are only left with B to choose
C - classic non-differentiating option, fuck off
E - opposite towards the conclusion
D - tells us nothing new
B - not connected to the keywords in the conclusion, which are interior/nutrient/etc
Whatever A is saying, it's correct
A - supporting store, bad, go away
C - wtf is a magazine they subscribe to
D - not even remotely related to this issue
E - again, we don't know the relationship between ALL PRODUCTS and direct mail products
although it's pretty hard to understand what B is trying to play here, it's the only thing that survives
The conclusion says 'probably not'
BCE can see themselves out
A has a mismatch between 'novel' and 'made into movies'
So, it's D
A - nope, not the correct way to attack the conclusion
B - even it's fucking true, it's just sometimes, not helpful
D - again, like B, not always, can see itself out
E - fuck off
Whatever C is saying, it's correct
ABC are just wrong
D is basically providing a weird control group that says there can be a werido who has limited access to the classics and thus he needs to appreciate contemporary
E - if you just want to POE through it, then bro isn't saying variety at all in his stimulus, so it's killed
a very easy exercise if you adopt the trick of 'half the sentence POE'
A - than do young children, we mention nothing about it here
B - tardy doesn't indicate anything here
C - so what? nothing about sleep
D - the 'many' can see itself out
Therefore, only E is the correct one
BCD can fuck off because their conclusions do not contain the word 'probably'
And A and E are twins options to fuck you over
And A is essentially a correct argument
leaving you only E to choose
B - the premise is still true, just it's small true compare to the big true brought up by Garza
C - no counterexample here, a counterexample has to be something very specific in the LSAT context
D - nothing analogus here
E - bro is not using his evidence
A - nope, they could have thought that 'oh all the pictures are appearing on the top', not true
B - reverse would be correct
C - nope, like A, it's playing on their belief of the patterns, no way to know whether it's true or not
E - fuck off
Therefore, D is correct
The only trick here is to notice the structure and then POE
For ACDE, they all involve a COMPARISON structure between T and C
But B is just talking about C, plus, it can refer to summer not winter, since the seasons are not specified here
So B is the correct answer
A - the damage, not specifiying how many tornados there are, can be 1 million tornados causing roughly constant damage
B - going against the conclusion
D - like B, going against the conclusion
E - similarly, like A, it doesn't talk about numbers, can be 1 million tornados going through the area or 100 tornados, not proving anything
C is therefore the answer
This is a question that the correct answer is so weak but the rest are just fucking ridiculous
B - nope, we know nothing about carpeted floors
C - it's just wrong from any sense
D - what is this trying to say here? it doesn't even say 'inexpensive vaccum cleaner'
E - just kindly fuck off
A is therefore correct
my objection to this exercise is that, glutamate, a common substance generated in human body after the intake of protein, should not be placed under a statement like D. This is contrary to our common sense. Even if the test is claiming that they are doing this in a hypothetical world, it is still too neglecting for them to write something like D
