the explanation isn't quite on point, is it? Theoretically the concept of "species" is based on the birds currenlty recognized. Just like you cannot claim that there is species called dragon unless you first find a bird and define that it is a dragon. So ofc there aren't more bird species than are recognized.
I dont think its that complicated to solve this problem. At the first glance, there seems to be no issue with the conclusion about the proportion per se. And we all know that LSAC likes to be sneaky on the modifers. So the second glance is to confirm if they swap/change any modifers, which they did. Therefore, we only need to find the similar modifer tricks in the ACs.
by skipping most of the details, and answering questions by searching the keywords, i was able to get -1
