I think what helped me get this question right is to remind myself that this is a SA question, which means the correct AC MUST be powerful enough to ensure the conclusion is true. Both B and C (which I thought were contenders) are just too weak, and only A can make sure the conclusion follows no matter what. So I really switched to the correct AC at the last second.

When I saw AC E I literally laughed. It's so funny that I did not realize that the chef never even mentioned whether the mussels are actually from the farm...If I'm in a rush this one would've gotten me.

What makes me think AC A and D are wrong is that they are both talking about problems caused by MIGRATION, but the stimulus is talking about the issue related to urbanization, in which migration is just an element that can exaggerate/mitigate the issue of urbanization itself. Not sure if this would be helpful
