Any tips for RC?

I take notes for each paragraph, but besides that I don't really have any particular methods.

I applied for 150% time accommodations for this very reason, and got them. It's helped a lot and I no longer need to re-read the question stem 3 times because I'm so stressed about the time. Something to consider, and why not try??

@ZoeLight My question is: when reading the question stem, how does one know that the majority favor is just sufficient, and not a necessary condition? I read it as being a necessary condition.
