My cold Diagnostic 2 summers ago was a 158 but I put the test down and didn't study until I finished undergrad this past May to focus on my GPA. Since graduation I have completed the 7sage core curriculum and done about 2 weeks worth of drills which included 3 timed sections (2LR and 1 RC). Todays test is definitely a performance at the top of my range since my drills have been averaging -3.75 per section but regardless I feel good about it especially considering two wifi interruptions. My question is this, with as much time to study as I need since im about to start a 2 year masters, what would be a good goal score to set for myself if I want to go to the best law school possible? Also, with my final UGPA of 3.92, what ranked schools should I start looking at as my targets reaches and safety's? Note: I have tier 2 and 3 softs as I was a highly ranked division 1 student athlete at an Ivy and server in local politics. Thanks!

Recent Brown Graduate and former student athlete with a 3.92 UGPA and a 158 cold diagnostic score looking to score a 170-175 by the September test. If anyone in a similar position wants to be study or accountability partners I am studying 4+ hours a day Monday through Friday and 6 hours on Saturdays from 10am eastern time onward.

How long did it take for LSAC to respond after you made the request, I have a friend that has been waiting for 2 weeks so far.
Is anyone else encountering the AI coach crashing and saying: "Sorry, something went wrong while generating a response." If so how can I fix this issue? Thanks!
ADVICE!!!:
I was trying to use the negation test to narrow down between A C and D but I was just confusing myself.
Then I remembered some advice I read on reddit:
"A necessary assumption is something the author must agree with"
so I used that as the test... the author doesn't have to agree with No new technology for transferring old movies from nitrate film to acetate film will ever be developed.
And he doesn't have to agree that Not many films from the earliest years of Hollywood have already been transferred to acetate.
But he does have to agree that Some films from the earliest years of Hollywood currently exist solely in their original material.
If we negate D does that negated version not undermine that premise conclusion relationship though???
@ldp FOR REAL, like wtf why are they trying to tank my accuracy percentage and ruin my motivation????
good job! can I ask why you are only shooting for a 165? you seem to have potential for mid 170s
I did everything right but threw D away because it said interpreted... things like this keep happening and idk why
still don't understand why we cant establish a stronger relationship between Coffee Houses and Public places that are well designed.
If all Coffee Houses are Public Places cant we say: CH-> PP
And since Most PP that are well designed feature art work cant we say: PP+WD -> FA
Which would mean we can say CH + PP -> FA
This unit has essentially taught be my intuition is a coin flips and so I should never rely on it an always diagram because that's the only way I have been sure to get these right... sigh...
why do we assume the eligibility aspect... wouldn't it make sense for someone to deserve the award based on satisfying the second condition but they are simply ineligible?
@Julietb07 If you spent too much time or flagged the question it will tell you to review it the same way as if you had gotten the question wrong. Just because blind review tells you to review a question doesn't mean you got it wrong. If it messes you up there is a way to disable it in settings.
Every month in the cycle you wait after september os roughly equal to 1 lsat point, after Thanksgiving the bigger hit you take is with scholarship offers. (Atleast this is what ive heard and seen in the analytics.)
To give you my take id need to know how far through the core curriculum you already are/if ur done how much drilling have you completed. And how many hours per week are you going to be studying.
Realistically with a 152 blind diagnostic a 165+ should be no problem with hard work and dedication. For reference I started with a 158 and after 6 weeks of the core curriculum I just took my two PTs and scored a 165 and then 169.
You definitely have the potential for a great score so why rush? Do you have to apply this cycle?
Note that all this is just my semi informed opinion as someone relatively new but absolutely obsessed with the process so take it with a huge grain of salt.
