Hello! I saw that the drills assigned for homework have customizable settings. Are there any specific setting that we should be using? And is it recommended to manually select questions that align with the topics taught during the week? Thank you!

Can someone explain why it is not AC C based on my reasoning.
I thought that Bentham's exclusion principle was created after most of common law doctrine had been established
Last paragraph says this approach prevailed
Therefore, a principle and its effects regarding evidence that did not derive from common-law doctrines is in use
Thank you guys for any help you can provide.
@Jordanabel Pretty sure. I remember him saying that in one of the intro to RC lessons, but during the test some students said the search bar was too laggy.
For anyone that can offer help, I mapped mine out by starting with the first 2 premises:
AB = CT, AB = SA, so CT = SA.
The conclusion shows that /SA = /CT, which is the opposite of what is above, so that checked out.
I was wondering if that thought process above is correct? Also, my issue is that I can only answer these questions correctly if I write out a diagram on paper. Is this something I should be worried about?

The guide knows A
Studies show that A includes B
WE know A includes B, but the guide MAY NOT KNOW A includes B
The flaw is that we assume the guide has knowledge that were were only given from studies in a separate premise.
