Sat looking at C and D for like 3 minutes and ultimately gamed myself into the wrong one. "At least what we think we want" is not strong enough to imply that it is more difficult for people to know what they want.

i find the difficulty so inconsistent on these, like this felt easier than some of the previous questions...
