The General Approach section here mentions this "argument flaw" webpage elsewhere on 7sage: https://7sage.com/lesson/argument-flaw-cheat-sheet/
I went ahead and added that as an additional page onto my Google Sheets page that I posted earlier for the general cheat sheet page: https://7sage.com/lesson/logical-reasoning-cheat-sheet/
I hope some people find the consolidation of the two useful.
#feedback Can you please mark this as something longer than 5 minutes? I hate to be a downer, but this is seriously messing with me. The Study Scheduler tells me ahead of time how many hours per week I need to study. To say this is only 5 minutes is misleading and really frustrating. By these lessons taking way longer than what it says, it messes up other plans for the week. Really getting irritated
Similar to Weaken questions, except that instead of providing the additional information that will weaken the argument, the correct answer choice will, like MOR quesitons, DESCRIBE HOW the argument's validity is undermined.
Coming back to Flaw/Descriptive weakening section because Analytics showing me I'm getting absolutely destroyed in preptests for these. Highest Priority according to Analytics.
I've found Flaw in Reasoning Q's to be the most common and difficult question type on the LSAT. If you can master Parallel Reasoning Q's & Flaw Q's, the rest of the question types seem much easier.
Silly question: how does Flaw Method of Reasoning question differ from Sufficient Assumption Question? Can we say that in FMR the correct answer choice is something like "fails to acknowledge/consider the underlying Sufficient Assumption"? Thanks!

Weaken: How could you of eaten the muffin if you were sleeping ?
Flaw: Assumes they ate the muffin without considering whether or not they were sleeping
Ah... Mr. Fat cat... my old friend. We meet again.
i feel like this section is about to punch me in the face
Is there a way to disable the captions?
flaw =they should be composting :)
false dichotomy?
weaken - punch it in the face
flaw - "sir, you are about to get punched in the face"
time to lock in after not studying for new years

"OH CRAP, now I'm.. weak, now I'm weaker"
My honest reaction to this test
No argument's face is safe around JY.
JY's sense of humor is exactly what I need studying this dry, dry material.
lesson one of 45......here we go :')
Simply describing how the argument is weak.
"punching the argument in the face" made me feel better today.

Hey, argument, you're about to get punched in the face! :)

I love the reference to punching the argument in the face vs. telling the argument that it's about to get punched in the face! X-D
If it were me, I'd say that weakening is like "pantsing" the argument while flawed reasoning is like informing it "Bro, you're pantsless right now."

Does anyone have any good strategies for approaching flaw questions with more descriptive answer choices?
