so if in the sentence "(3) Jane is a faster eater than either Mary or Jon." either didnt exist then it would mean jane is is faster than mary, faster than jon, or both. does then either make it so she is faster than both

im a bit confused here if the statement reads "When zombies attack New York City, the real estate market will crash." coudnt there still exist instances where the stock market crashes and it was not caused by zombies attacking new york city. it is not the same as the statement the stock market wil crash if and only if zombies attack nyc. im just thinking back to my college logic classes
