I so silly. I missed the word AGAINST in the question stem. YAY

Instead of mapping the stem out in percentages I used "less nourished, less poverty, more nourished, more poverty." With this in mind, "A" would be an incorrect answer becuase it DOES give an explination to why 65+ are less nourished.
