Hi friends. I took the LSATS in August and got a 146. I studied for two straight months aggressively, retook it in October and got a 148. I'm extremely discouraged. I plan to take it again in January and apply for Fall 2026. Any advice when discouraged?

Can someone help me understand why 3 is correct being that it may be both or the one is more likely than the other but how in Comparatives 2 Question 4 with similar phrasing tyhis was not the case?

I put answer E because the conclusion said the legislation increased the safety of the workplace. The question asks what weakens the argument that it was legislation so I said E. I did not choose A because it seemed like it could be an answer but didn't look like it directly weakened this argument. Could someone possibly explain where I might be confused on this one?
