If you find diagramming difficult like me, this is how I solved it through process of elimination:
You can eliminate A and D immediately because of "Rational consumers." - we are looking for consumers who are behaving rational.
You can also eliminate A, C, and D because of "usually" - you need something like must, or should, or necessary, or something that is very strong with no wiggle room.
You can eliminate B because it does not fit the gap of the conclusion and premises. We need something that mentions the benefits outweighing part.
All that is left is E!
Seems simple but it took me 45 mins to figure this out.
