When I tell you this test is beyond discouraging. I’m trying so hard and feel like I can’t manage to master this test. I know I’m not dumb and capable of learning but this test is making me feel that way and feeling as if I can’t get into law school. This is like my 5th time taking it and I just don’t want to study this anymore.

B was honestly not an obvious or good answer choice because the stimulus did not mention at all about financial gain, and now we are making the assumption that Biotechnology companies have a financial gain. This question was poorly explained.
the explanation of B does not make sense at all.. i at first got the answer correct but chose B on BR. From my understanding, i know how i got it wrong because the bill isnt "the only" way to adopt the new bill but his explanation didnt help
