Chose A then C on BR..
I think the differentiation of the specific design and just "a design" definitely tripped me up. I always struggle on point of disagreement questions.
A- wrong bc neither comment whether or no they should build just any station
B- never shows up in X's argument
C- wrong bc not mentioned by X
D- correct bc explicitly mentioned by both and they disagree, read arguments carefully again
E- wrong bc X agrees and even Y kind of agrees
oh so i just don't understand the concepts of liability... this is so intimidating approaching questions that I can't even follow the context :,)
i need to know what "verbosity" means?? no thank u.
does JY ever acknowledge that kind of stuff or i am just supposed to feel dumb
I like this check in! It's also really helpful that I took multiple LSATs before embarking on all this curriculum so at least I recognize those questions that made no sense to me then and now can see like "oh great now I see why I need to learn this concept I remember seeing it"
JY: "A is terrible"
me: chose A on timed and blind review :(
Why does C seem like the way it is written is just so grammatically incorrect?? I thought there was a typo
Annoying bc you have to know what a waste water treatment plant is
E was so tempting when going through it quickly - seemed to "imply" that i could could make that jump/assumption but seeing JY's explanation, C is clearly the only one with any support.
The author doesn't ever really talk about what the author intended, it especially saying "originally intended" is way too specific when we have no info about that in the stimulus.
I love that JY tells us to not be afraid of the word "endosymbiosis" but that is exactly what happens to me when i see words like that come up

A better way to explain why D is wrong is that the stimulus explicitly says a poem IS a work of art. So once you see the option calling a limerick a "nonartistic poem" I immediately concluded that's not possible
A better way to explain why B is wrong is that the stimulus says a poem includes ryhme, , or _. So something not ryhming could easily have some of the other traits.
Hey 7 Sage and friends, can someone help me clarify the percent chosen per answer choice is based off analytics of actual test takers or us people studying?
I want to know how to think of my answers (no offense but I'd feel less good getting answers right that everyone else who is a studier gets vs stats from actual test takers)
Thanks! #help
Oof I guessed and got it right but now reviewing/blind review I understand that I totally am not reading carefully enough to understand the concepts.. will we have time to write out all these type of notes on the test or I guess we just need to get really good at following the stimuli details well and quickly.
I agree with lots in the comments - I didn't love answer A because it seemed like not a great conclusion - I was thinking to myself, "well don't they already include some? but shouldn't a better conclusion say to include more? or the FOCUS to be on noncompetitive sports?"
It made me want to choose B, but then B said "most students" which was not explicitly supported by the stimulus.
So a good reminder from those in the comments to choose the answer that is BEST SUPPORTED. Not necessarily that the conclusion is perfect to me.
This is so helpful to stay motivated!
we are supposed to know what "laud" means.... ugh
what the heck does "untenable" mean
