Odd Jobs Addendum?

Hi Admissions team, would love some advice! I worked a variety of odd jobs throughout college (hostess, brand ambassador, retail ect). A lot of these jobs were short term and oftentimes I was working 2 jobs at a time. I don't want to bog down my resume with the long list, especially since I am a few years out of college now.

Should I write an addendum to reference that I worked multiple jobs throughout college without having them all listed on the resume? Or could it potentially reflect poorly that I held multiple jobs? I listed 3 internships & long term jobs that I held during college on my resume, so the addendum would be referencing jobs not listed.

@JacobBaska (hyper-specific question on this) if I write an addendum very similar to this situation, should I include the referenced job on my resume? COVID started my freshman year of college and I ended up getting laid off from my part time job after only working there 3 months & being in school. I wasn't even planning on putting that job on my resume because of how short it was, but if I reference this situation does it need to match up with my resume? or is it good enough to just mention it all in the addendum and exclude from the resume?

Hi David! I noticed that a lot of schools in the application tracker don't have updated LSAT medians for the most recent incoming classes. When do those get updated to reflect the most recent stats?

Wondering if anyone with an admissions background has advice on professional recommenders. I have been out of work for 3 years and am going to submit 1 academic letter and 1 professional letter to each school. I worked closely with an attorney who had managerial influence (had decision making power in an adjacent department) but was not my direct manager. He is offering to write me a letter of recommendation, but I also have a letter from a direct manager of mine.

If I am only submitting one professional letter, is it better for it to be from a direct manager or a lawyer I worked closely with? Both are from the same company I am currently employed at and can speak to my role.

Appreciate any guidance here!

@JacobBaska Thank you so much for your input! I will get a letter from my current employer to add to the mix.

Do you always recommend submitting the maximum amount of recommendations allowed, assuming they are all strong?

I included mine! I'm not totally sure how required it is, but they get uploaded as "graduate" classes in CAS and I think it's pretty clear to the universities that this is more extracurricular and not an attempt at another degree

Hi everyone, would love to get some perspective on my letters of recommendation! I currently have 3 letters in LSAC and am contemplating getting one from my current employer, but don't know what distribution would be best (2 academic & 1 professional or 1 academic, 1 professional, 1 current employer).

Currently, I have 1 from a close professor (will definitely use this one), 1 from a more distant professor (4.0 in class and was a capstone advisor but didn't know me super well), and 1 AMAZING letter of recommendation from the city manager of the city that I did civic volunteering at (i served on a city council committee and worked very closely with him).

For context, I am 3 years out of college and had a lower GPA than the average of the schools I am applying to (3.67). I plan to definitely use the close professor and the professional volunteering letter. I'm conflicted on if I should include a letter from my current employer or the letter from my more "distant" professor that may be more generic.

My question is: How much would T50-70 schools value current employer letter vs a second academic letter? Since my GPA was lower, would they want to see more from my academic side or would it be better to get context to my current role (does have some overlap with real estate law).
