Could someone explain to me in different terms why C is incorrect and D is correct? I'm super stuck on how C points in one direction (drivers are affected negatively) and is wrong but D says all drivers are affected equally and is right.
So, the chair of the AD said that J has her approval ONLY IF J includes all of the recommendation topics the chair of the AD reviewed. "Only if" is a necessary indicator, so in lawgic it would be
Chair AD Approval → J includes all the recs
/J includes all the recs → /Chair AD approval
However we know that James misled (gasp LIED TO) the committee and said he had the chair of the AD's approval. This is where we make an assumption. Its pretty to break absolutes like "all." Since we don't know if J included ALL of the recommendations, that could definitely be why he misled the committee.
The way I see it, answer choice D is incorrect because it strikes the bridge between harmony and nature as an absolute. Ex. "The zen garden your rocks go into must be natural to be harmonious." I think D would have been a better answer choice if the stem stated that "all rocks that go into your garden must be from nature."
B was correct for me because it was more vague but also because it bridges between harmony and resembling nature. For all we know and care, the rocks could be plastic, but as long as they vary in sizes and imitate nature then there is harmony.
I love mapping out the stimulus in lawgic perfectly but still getting the question wrong because my eyes glazed over at the long answer choices ;-;
SAME GIRLIE. getting this right and right on blind review is saving me from a third crash out today. Bless up.
