@NRamen thank you so much! Didnt know about the blind review settings so about to modify that :)
congrats! Questions please🙏🏼: do you think blind review is worth it/has helped you reach where you are right now? How do you go about blind review— do you review the whole exam or do you find ways to review the questions you felt were hard for you? I am willing to review the whole exam if that’s what it takes, I do have limited time to study every week so I’d like to know if it’s a worthwhile time investment. Thank you!
if anyone can answer my question, i'd really appreciate it. Would answer choice E require me to make the mental jump that because a number of poems in the Brick Wall Review anthology are from famous poets, then they would make more money in the sales of their anthologies bc fame brings in more revenue? Hence why we cant say the other magazine will make about the same in the sales of their anthologies which wouldve hopefully lead to a decrease in the depending on donations
sometimes im wary of what assumptions are reasonable to make on the lsat, and which arent, so if anyone has any tips/videos/other tools on how to distinguish between reasonable and unreasonable assumptions on the lsat lmk
This is really helpful to those who are struggling! Hope everyone is having a great day and week :)
can someone explain why A is correct when it says the injunctions are "unable to halt the illicit spread of proprietary information" when the passage says in the last paragraph the injunctions can prevent the spread of trade secrets if they are in in concrete evidence such as documents? i felt that unable was strong arguably the injunctions at least partially prevent the spread of trade secrets.
Can anyone explain why I can equate “people would be upset” with being “unhappy” how can I know when something is equation and when something is a synonym ? Thank you
@7SageTutor very useful thank you! I didn’t pick A because I didn’t want to conflate any ideas. how do I know when it’s appropriate (and when it’s not appropriate) to apply this essence technique described above?
is there any way to remove popular answer responses to avoid seeing what the right answer is until i blind review (i know theres blind review but I want to know my score so I could review the wrong ones first) thank you!
@lagata btw i got it --shout out to that person who mentioned thinking of it as sets... the problem basically said all people fully qualified people dont work at arvue. E is better than B because it more explicitly said out of what group is delacruz is the most productive
why is this not a level 5 question 💀 easiest the worst ive seen and ive read some diabolical level 5 NA Qs
for the first question, because there is no mention of the other cats and their relative arrival periods, then we cant make any conclusions about mittens, is this a proper inference?
question 4 anyone identify A and B as " sophisticated instruments available" vs "sophisticated instruments not available" then the comparative elements would be "which can detect planets outside the solar system"
and the "winner" was="those instruments not available
would all this be a correct interpretation of question 4? Thank you!
for the ski resort question, i want to confirm the whole for both 1950 and 1980 is the total number of injuries that happened on the slopes for all the years the ski resort has been open(say they opened in 1930 and are still open, would the years range be 1930-2025)? thank you!
i didnt scroll back enough to see if this was addressed but question 3 has a typo in the answer, its supposed to say,
"and of the several years after 1929(1930, 1931*--it says 1921--, etc)
Idk why the ask a tutor is not working (sometimes I click and it doesn’t work). May someone please answer me who is a tutor? I’d like to clarify if my way of thinking about why D is correct is a helpful way of thinking on MSS math questions: the stimulus talks about the superset of bands having the number of band members decrease , then they talk about the number of professional musicians increase… D seemed wrong to me at first because bands and professional musicians seemed like two different supersets (because why should I assume the bands Im mentioned in the stimulus are necessarily professional bands?? That’s why I thought D didnt apply to the stimulus at first, hence was unsupported)….then I thought more and realized within the superset bands is the subset of professional bands… so whatever affects the superset of bands must affect the subset of professional bands , hence there was a decrease in musicians in the professional bands(this may be getting into the weeds here but can I make the assumption every Musician in the professional band is a professional musician without committing the whole to part flaw? Is there less tight knit logic thus more leeway allowed with MSS questions?) This decrease combined with an increase in the number of professional musicians means there may be more professional bands. Thank you for confirming and answering my questions!
